Ian has lived in Great Sankey with his family for the past 30 years, and works as a software architect in the IT Industry.
He joined Reform UK after years of disenchantment with the three mainstream political parties - who have lost touch with the British electorate, and take their voters for granted.
There is huge pressure to build lots more homes around Warrington, and he is totally committed to preserving the Green Belt, and opposing schemes which will bring ever more traffic to the local area. Warrington is a town that suffers from excessive congestion, exacerbated by the swing bridges. There needs to be more emphasis in addressing these issues.
He enjoys walking, camping, music, and football, and has worked as a volunteer with a local scout group.
